Having recently purchased
a new home, I chose to use your services for the cleaning of the
house, and dry cleaning of the carpets. 1 must say my wife and I
expected the place to look better, but we never imagined how great
everything came up!
I would like to compliment both parties involved in this process.
Firstly, Joe and Sue Asmar from your Punchbowl franchise were nothing
short of outstanding. They left our house looking spotless, and
even went to the extreme of meticulously cleaning every loose part
and fitting of our oven (which turned out to be absolutely clogged
with grease from the previous owners). They stayed for a lot longer
than what 1 think they expected, but were not at any stage trying
to rush their job in order to finish and compromise on quality.
The carpets were dry cleaned by David King from Sutherland. He too
did a fantastic job, and completely revitalized the carpets, going
to the extent of spot cleaning the tiniest of marks with a toothbrush.
Again, this was beyond what I had expected.
It truly appeared that both parties involved had a genuine pride
in what some people (including myself) would consider a painful
and arduous task. Not once was there a complaint, and it goes without
saying that everyone was nothing but courteous and well spoken.
I will in the future have no hesitation in recommending both the
above franchisees by name, and Bebrite in general.

Bizzi Beez have been cleaning
the LivingWell Castle Hill facility since June 2001. Throughout
this time they have maintained our very high cleaning standards
on a consistent basis, whilst delivering excellent customer service
to our members.
They have been adaptive and flexible to our needs, and approachable
and receptive to feedback. Their innovation and drive to increase
standards further has resulted in the introduction of checklists
and regular meetings.
Their approach whilse working with us at LivingWell has created
an atmosphere of support, and a common goal for both parties to

I would like to take this

Ferns has shown to be reliable, efficient, trustworthy and dedicated.
He and his partner have cleaned our offices for approximately 5
months and within that period the level of service has been very
high. He is continually willing to improve the service that he provides
