(i) Bebrite’s - Generous Guaranteed Income
Our generous guaranteed income gives the new franchisee a safety
net, which will provide them with confidence and security during
their first 16 weeks of operation. This is a genuine guarantee;
you don’t have to read the small print. We make up any shortfall
at the end of each 20-day period. Our aim is to have each franchise
operating at their optimum level within the 1st few weeks of operation.
Our focus is to have successful franchisees. We have one of the
lowest attrition rates in the cleaning industry at less than 3.6%
per annum. When you join Bebrite you are joining a company with

(ii) Bebrite’s - low entry investment
Your Franchise investment at Bebrite range from $17,150 incl GST
to $27,150 incl. GST. Included in this cost is all the equipment
and cleaning products necessary to operate the business, all set
up expenses, head office training and marketing costs. Taking into
consideration that Bebrite is a mobile business with no rental expenses,
the returns can be excellent. There are few, if any businesses,
like Bebrite, that can guarantee you a guaranteed income from day
one and that you will earn such a high rate of return for a reasonably
small investment. The Bebrite Franchise system has an excellent
record of Franchisee's success. If you follow the system, and are
committed to being successful, you will be successful with a Bebrite
Franchise. When you consider that a high percentage of businesses
fail in the first twelve months of operation and more than 50% fail
within 2 years, Bebrite offers one of the most secure business opportunities

Bebrite’s - No territory restrictions
The exciting thing about a Bebrite franchise is the fact we do not
have territories. We do not restrict you (as some organisations
do) to the number of houses you can clean or the areas in which
you wish to work. Together the Bebrite team will target areas where
we believe we have the best chance to get you the highest possible
income. Recently our Bebrite Maroubra team travelled to the northern
suburbs to perform cleaning services for the Biggest Loser television
program – this resulted in his team earning well in excess
of $8,000. The beauty of a non-territorial Bebrite franchise is
the ability to go where the work and the money is best. |

(iv) Bebrite’s - Full and comprehensive training
Bebrite is proud of their training program and the excellence, supported
with the Bebrite Training Manual and operational procedures, which
are provided to new teams. Our excellent Head Office training staff
guides the new teams through each and every aspect of the Bebrite
business. New Bebrite teams are given a classroom style presentation
as well as on site training with their specialised Bebrite Training
teams. The teams emerge confident and knowledgeable in cleaning
procedures, presentation and product information. They are equipped
with tips, systems and guides to help them with all contingencies,
which they may face. Bebrite Head Office staff will continue to
support new teams with assistance in quoting and meeting clients
(v) Bebrite’s – Bookkeeping training
Bebrite proudly introduce their new teams to a simple bookkeeping
package and provide training which will assist them in keeping their
books in a manageable way. The training program will guide the franchisee
through this system showing them how to manage their accounts receivable
and payable. Our accountants are available to assist – however
we cannot give accounting advice. Each franchisee will need to have
their own external accountant.
(vi) Bebrite’s
Equipment, Uniforms, Accessories and Stationery
During the Bebrite training, teams are shown how to use all of the
equipment. Over the years the Bebrite equipment has been refined
in order to provide the best possible and most ergonomic equipment
and materials available. This makes the teams work easier to manage
and more efficient. Bebrite’s fresh and bright uniforms present
as professional and standout in the crowd.

(vii) Bebrite’s Exclusive Range of Cleaning Products
Bebrite is proud of their reputation for excellence. One
of the areas in which Bebrite has excelled and is the envy of other
companies is the distribution of high quality cleaning products
to their franchisees at no extra charge. Other organisations expect
their franchisees to buy their own products; this leads to a variation
in the standard of products used. Bebrite is proud to offer their
extensive range of cleaning products to our huge customer base.
The Bebrite products can be purchased on line at better than retail
prices. Bebrite offers free delivery.

Bebrite’s famous Product Support
Programme ensures that Bebrite teams receive the best available
cleaning product range; they are automatically sent out to the teams
on a regular basis. They are also able to purchase or exchange products
should they wish to do so. These cleaning products are used throughout
residential, commercial and carpet cleaning. We also supply a range
of exclusive fabric and leather cleaners, and antimicrobial products,
all unique to Bebrite.
General cleaning products cover such areas as; Oven cleaning,
bathroom cleaning, hard surface floor cleaning, surface spray and
wipe cleaning; room deodorising and sanitation, and many other products
are available on request.

(viii) Bebrite’s – Life style choice of hours
Bebrite teams have the choice of choosing the hours that they wish
to work. Many of the Bebrite franchisees are husband and wife teams
who can work hours, which coincide well with school hours. Others
have the ability to do work during the day and also take on commercial
work in the evenings. The flexibility of hours for Bebrite teams
is a recognised bonus.
(ix) Bebrite’s – Head Office Call Centre
When a customer or a franchisee calls the Bebrite Head Office
number they speak immediately to one of our excellent call centre
staff. We do not operate an external call centre – Bebrite
gives personalised attention to both our retail clients and our
franchisee’s. Bebrite is able to capture the market with
our marketing and call centre expertise. This means we do not
lose calls or customers and have an excellent retention rate.
Bebrite pride ourselves in being able to supply the best possible
cleaning teams and carpet cleaner technicians.
(xi) Bebrite’s – Flat Monthly fee
Bebrite were the initiators of the Flat Monthly Fee. Whilst other
organisations charge a % of earnings, Bebrite allows teams to
earn well in excess of their level, without being penalised for
their excellence. This allows teams to expand without further
cost to them. Bebrite teams are also provided with a kit of superior
products under the Product Support Program.
(xii) Bebrite’s – Head Office leads
Bebrite’s leads are all supplied by Head Office, however as
the team customer base grows they begin to receive referrals and
their client base expands with a combination of the efforts of Head
Office and the efforts of the franchise team who are required to
distribute leaflets on a regular basis. |
(xiii) Bebrite’s –
No. 1 Marketing and Advertising
Bebrite does not have a marketing or advertising levy. Many other
organisations will charge their franchisee’s special levies
to cover the cost of advertising. At Bebrite no such levies apply.
Our position in the Yellow Pages has been No. 1 over the years and
has resulted in a high penetration into the market. Advertising
through local papers and other avenues continues to supply our main
source of leads for Bebrite teams. Word of mouth and referrals also
make up a large proportion of our lead source. |

(xiv) Bebrite’s – No. 1 Position on Internet
Commitment and dedication to the task has seen Bebrite being placed
in the No. 1 position on the Internet under a number of different
searches. Bebrite is reacting to public demand for easy access to
service. This means that people can access our services in their

positioning has also meant that people enquiring about franchise
