Payment:
Payment is due at the time of the job being completed. Payment
should be made directly to the BEBRITE team, who upon receipt
of payment will issue a BEBRITE tax invoice receipt for the work,
matching the order receipt, plus any additional work required.
We do not issue refunds, unless BEBRITE in its absolute unfettered
opinion finds that the work undertaken by the team did not meet
the standards set by BEBRITE. Please note there is a 3.82% charge
on all credit card payments imposed by our merchant.
Guarantee:
The BEBRITE guarantee extends to correct a BEBRITE booking problem,
or a BEBRITE authorised teams service problem, reported within
24 hrs, contingent upon BEBRITE or an authorised BEBRITE team
being at fault, the request being reasonable and payment matching
the value of the job ordered. We may require access to the location
of the claim within 24 hrs to correct the problem. If the problem
is dissatisfaction of service quality, BEBRITE may send 1 person
to correct areas that need attention (this applies even when the
servicing team comprised two or more team members, since only
1 person is usually needed for most corrections, or touch ups).
Damage:
Any damage caused by a BEBRITE team to items within the home/office
will require the BEBRITE team to complete an insurance claims
form which when received by our Head Office will be quickly processed
through our insurers, and you will be notified of the claim process
directly by our insurers. We always do our best to expedite these
unfortunate instances to avoid your inconvenience. BEBRITE is
not responsible for indirect inconvenience in connection with
our services, or for damage resulting from the servicing of an
already damaged or neglected item.
